Oddcast, the leader in conversational character products is seeking an experienced multimedia Sr. Producer to manage and execute advanced product implementations, interface with clients and manage the production staff.

About the Position:
The position of Senior Producer at Oddcast is a critical and key role in the company and demands a diverse skill set. The Sr. Producer is responsible for executing projects from the early conceptual stages through scheduling, development and to final execution and delivery.

The Senior Producer will be responsible for fusing effective planning and execution within the production, design, and technical departments - as well as consultants and outsourcing activities. The Sr. Producer is in constant interface with clients.

Fundamental and specific aspects of this position include project management, as well as defining product customizations and wireframes, production schedules, deadlines, and engagements.

Responsibilities for this role will include:
Client interface
Scheduling and budgeting
Defining product customizations/ wireframes
Managing Design and Production resources
Interfacing with internal tech and business departments
Manage external tech consultants
Delivering projects on schedule

About the Candidate:
Strong communication, organizational, technical and production skills are essential and necessary on a daily basis. Superior writing and communication skills are a must. Prior experience as a web producer is highly preferred.
Familiarity with database environments, HTML Skills, Photoshop Skills and Working knowledge of Flash highly desired.
