We’re recruiting a Web Producer to work for a packaged goods client. The Producer is the primary day to day manager of a project and responsible for its successful delivery. The Producer should have a detailed knowledge of all aspects of the project and manage the project on schedule, both weekly and daily, and on budget.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Assume ownership for the project and help define the scope of project work
• Drive all decisions about project scope with appropriate input from project team members.
• Develop and manage detailed project plan (MS Project)
• Take lead as primary problem solver for project.
• Generate project estimates and track actuals.
• Project resource needs on a weekly basis.
• Liaise with tech and production counterparts with client and internal teams.
• Manage all vendor, partner relationships.
• Manage QA process.
• Maintain all project documentation.
• Keep all counterparts in respective disciplines fully informed to ensure consistency across all creative; work with print, traffic and broadcast production to create integrated timelines.
