Description
Reporting to the Manager of Electronic Operations, the Web Producer will produce web pages (both HTML and graphics) for new site content and marketing campaigns; maintain a well-organized and clearly documented template system to manage the site presentation; create new pages and modify existing ones while upholding standards; produce scripts that will aid in republishing the site; code new pages, pixels, promo codes and templates for release on the web site; update content on site pages; troubleshoot problems; create requirement documents for new projects which includes gathering requirement specifics from multiple parties, including business owners and marketing managers; work with other departments to determine resource needs for projects; maintain project schedules, and keep all stakeholders, especially Manager informed of issues, delays and other problems.

One to three years’ previous experience hand-coding HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and DHTML is required. Direct or database marketing experience, including SQL background a plus. An understanding of information architecture, web design, and Photoshop (image optimization) helpful. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment along with keen business acumen as it relates to prioritization and revenue optimization is essential. A BA/BS, or equivalent experience, in Marketing, Operations Management, MIS/Information Technology or similar discipline preferred. Exceptional creativity and ability to "push the envelope" in the pursuit of unrealized opportunities plus a "can do" attitude; enthusiasm for challenges and strong work ethic are greatly needed.
