I have a very unique and exciting position I have been engaged to fill. I
am looking for a technical writer who has the ability to:

*communicate the design of a product and its process and rationale

*prepare design documents for design team and client

*identify inconsistencies, missing elements and poorly articulated reasoning

*produce persuasive, professional documents that inspire confidence in work

The best candidate will have been involved with the product design and
development process. They will have background in consulting either
externally or internally. They will be a strong collaborator within a team.
They will be comfortable producing long design documents which are easily
understood.

This individual will participate as a member of the design team drawing out
ideas, clarifying ideas, synthesizing ideas and bringing to consensus. They
must be able to organize and act as project manager.

This NYC based position is with strong company. This young organization
with a half dozen years behind them is positioned for major growth. They
have a strong and mature approach and are considered in the top 10 of their
niche area. They have a good team and a reputation for hiring the best,
brightest out of the box thinkers.

The culture is casual and supportive with many company planned activities
and outings to bind the team. The results have been seen in very little
turn-over of staff. It is a hard working group with high moral who have
